Kimberly Dougher

Kimberly and her husband moved to Nashville from Chattanooga in 1990. She has been in real estate for over 30 years, beginning her career in the legal/title side of real estate. In Nashville, she continued her work as a real estate paralegal, overseeing ground breaking projects such as Bennie Dillon, Viridian & Encore developments (which were the catalysts to the revitalization of downtown) and Belle Meade Court condominiums. Once these projects were completed, Kimberly ventured into real estate sales, combining her knowledge of contracts and processes with her love of building relationships, connecting people and acting as the unofficial ambassador for the new Nashville. Kimberly expertly assists buyers and sellers to make their real estate dreams come true. She is most proud of her work ethic, commitment to her clients and knowledge of the local real estate market. Sellers feel the pride she has for presenting their home in its best light and Buyers sense the joy she has in connecting them with their dream home. Kimberly’s other interests include entertaining at home, seeing films at Nashville’s iconic Belcourt Theater and walking the city’s fabulous Greenway trails with her husband, Yogi, and Chihuahua rescue, Rocky. She volunteers at Second Harvest, Habitat for Humanity, serves on the 2018, 2019, 2020 GNR Public Education committee and has earned Ninja, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, ePro and Certified Staging Advocate designations. She also received the Greater Nashville Realtors Silver Award of Excellence for 2017, 2018 and 2019.
