Since 2007, Lauran has served as a Realtor in the Greater Nashville/Williamson County area. Lauran's mission is always to provide her clients the best experience possible. Whether it's finding the perfect house that becomes a home, preparing and marketing your home to achieve the highest value or assisting you in finding an agent if life takes you out of the area, Lauran's goal is to deliver her clients an enjoyable, profitable and seamless real estate experience. Lauran's knowledge of new construction, as a Certified Residential New Construction Specialist and a Design Consultant for her family owned construction company specializing in custom homes, has helped her to understand the home building process and how homes should be built. Sharing her abundance of resources with experts in the home building industry, has given her clients, buying or selling, great peace of mind. Living in Williamson County for four decades, Lauran loves the community in which she lives and feel great desire and to serve and give back to her community. Lauran has been involved in her community including these organizations: Luke 14:12, Hope Lodge, Franklin Girl's Cotillion, Second Harvest. She and her husband live in the Grassland area with their daughters. In her spare time she can be found in the stands at Franklin High School or the University of Tennessee, or exploring community events and restaurants.
