Jake Moore

After several years in land development, Jake Moore decided to expand his knowledge and expertise by pursuing a career in residential real estate. Born and raised in Nashville, and now based in Hendersonville, Jake has grown with this ever-expanding city and knows the ins and outs of Nashville and all that it has to offer. He utilizes his knowledge of the patterns and trends of this city and its surrounding areas to help individuals and families make the best decision when choosing their property. After graduating from Hume-Fogg High School, Jake enrolled at the University of Mississippi, graduating with a criminal justice degree. During his undergraduate career, Jake accepted a job for a digital land surveying company and has experience surveying land, residential properties and pipeline in Oklahoma. Before transitioning to residential real estate, he specialized in developing and selling hunting, timber and farm properties in Middle Tennessee, as well as providing natural resource expertise and land management services to land transactions. Outside of his work, Jake has a passion for photography and enjoys spending as much time outdoors as he can. Jake also enjoys spending time with his wife, Meg, and their two dogs, Nelli and Ruger.
