As a Chicago transplant, Jeff Smith experienced firsthand what relocating to a new city is like in high hopes of finding the right home for his wife, Lindsey, and yellow lab, Macaroni. They are now settled in the Woodbine area after buying and renovating their home while awaiting the arrival of their baby girl this spring. After completing the process and having such a positive experience, it was easy for Jeff to see how an exciting time could quickly become stressful and intimidating without the support of an amazing, hands-on agent.
