As a second generation real estate professional, Samantha Inglis is passionate about all things real estate. Samantha grew up in Lake Tahoe, Nevada, and was inspired by her parents who were both active in real estate as realtors, developers and property managers. She truly understands the challenges and the excitement of the business after witnessing it firsthand as a young person. Samantha pursued her undergraduate business degree at Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration in New York where she expanded her love for travel, culture, cuisine, and real estate. Following graduation from Cornell, Samantha moved back to California where she settled in Los Angeles, deciding to pursue a career in early childhood education. In 2007, she received her master's in education from Pepperdine University, after which she spent 10 years teaching in both the public and private sectors. Samantha loved every minute of her time with her students, but after having children of her own, she decided to follow in her parents’ footsteps and pursue her own real estate career. In 2018, Samantha and her husband, Patrick, who is also a commercial real estate broker, began looking for a smaller community in which to raise their children. After exploring much of the West Coast they expanded their search, ultimately settling on Nashville because of its welcoming people, family-friendly environment, and natural beauty. Nashville brought them closer to family, and closer to the quality of life they dreamed about. After three years of living in her new hometown, Samantha’s love of Nashville is contagious. When you meet her you will remember her warm and caring personality, her sunny disposition, her professionalism, and personalized service. Samantha is ready to go above and beyond to help you find your next home in the city that she loves!
