Real Estate and Neighborhood Information: Bellevue

article slide

The quiet and quaint suburb of Bellevue is located about 20 minutes southwest of downtown. This community boasts a relaxed and laid-back vibe, but there's no shortage of activities – especially of the outdoor kind. Nature lovers especially flock to this neighborhood for its bounty of outdoor activities. Both Percy Warner Park and Edwin Warner Park feature miles of paved and unpaved trails built for hikers, cyclists, runners, or anyone who simply wants to sit and enjoy the outdoors. Bellevue is also the access point for the Natchez Trace Parkway, a multi-state U.S. national park that runs all the way down to Natchez Trace, Mississippi.

In addition to outdoor attractions, Bellevue features retail space, established restaurants, and local nightlife. The recently redeveloped One Bellevue Place has plenty to choose from, whether you need to get groceries at Sprouts, want to grab coffee and a meal, or enjoy a movie. Bellevue is also home to local favorite restaurant, Loveless Café.

This area has grown in population and in development. In addition to condos and townhomes, prospective buyers looking in the area will find ranch homes, new construction, and modern homes in established neighborhoods.
