Oak Hill
This suburb of Nashville is only a quick drive south from Downtown. Incorporated in 1952, the neighborhood is completely residential. Here you’ll find tree-filled lots and a strong sense of community. From Oak Hill it’s only a short drive to the shops and restaurants of Brentwood, as well as easy access to Green Hills, Berry Hill and 12 South. And nature lovers will enjoy that this area is home to Radnor Lake State Park, a 1,000+ acre park perfect for hiking and spotting wildlife. Homes here typically sit on more land than what can be found in other Nashville neighborhoods. Home styles range from expansive estates to mid-century modern to Tudor.

Forest Hills
Forest Hills is a suburb of Nashville in southwest Davidson county, located about 10 miles from Downtown. Incorporated in 1957, this area is almost exclusively residential. You can also find a bit of history with the nearly four miles of rock walls throughout the neighborhood. The neighborhood is quiet and more private but is only minutes to the shops and restaurants of Green Hills, Brentwood and Belle Meade. The area allows you to take advantage of the outdoors, as it borders Radnor Lake State Park and Percy Warner Park, and is home to Bison Meadow, a wildflower park. It’s also the location of the Richland Country Club. Typically, the properties here have larger yards than other neighborhoods in Nashville. You can find stately homes on acres of land, mid-century modern homes or custom-built houses.
