About a 30-minute drive south of Nashville, you'll find Spring Hill and Thompson's Station. This area offers a sense of tranquility without being too far from the lifestyle of Nashville and surrounding communities.

Thompson's Station is a close-knit community with a population of about 5,600 and it has much to offer to its residents. With its low crime rate and affordable homes, its popularity is growing it's growing in popularity. Here you'll find beautiful older homes, new construction, and Craftsman and Tudor styles. Historic homes can be found here as well. You'll find residents enjoying walks and picnics in Heritage Park. And visitors Thompson's Station can take a tour of the historic, 200-year-old Homestead Manor, which offers dining options.

Just down the road from Thompson's Station is Spring Hill, a town of about 40,000. Newer and older homes in addition to affordable townhouses, farmhouses and Craftsman style homes can all be found here. This neighborhood also offers easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the Spring Hill library. Nearby parks boast bike trails, picnic areas and playgrounds. Thompson's Station is home to the historic Rippavilla Plantation, which is open April through December and offers tours and educational programs as well as special events.
