Zeitlin Sotheby’s International Realty was founded by Shirley Zeitlin in 1979. Originally named Shirley Zeitlin & Co., Realtors, the company’s mission was to build an organization of full-time professionals providing exceptional real estate representation. Today, the firm has more than 170 Realtors with an established record of providing first-class service, by combining local expertise with a world-renowned brand. Additionally, the Sotheby’s International Realty network includes 23,000 sales associates in approximately 1,000 offices spanning 70 countries and territories with a total of $114 billion in global sales. Zeitlin Sotheby’s International Realty is a locally owned family business with global reach through our affiliation with Sotheby’s International Realty. Each office is independently owned and operated.

Our Relocation Department manages the entire relocation process from start to finish and offer guidance throughout the transition. From initial Nashville city tours, to the home-buying process, our Relocation team will be there for any questions that may appear. The Relocation Department also maximizes the power of the Sotheby’s International Realty® global referral network by introducing our agents to other agents in feeder markets. Partnered with the brand, our team can ensure that our clients will have a full-service experience.


Charitable Fund

With 100% agent participation, the Zeitlin Sotheby's International Realty Charitable Fund has contributed to non-profit organizations dispensing funding for hundreds of people living in under-resourced areas. From helping provide countless meals and shelter for families and kids, to attending numerous volunteer events, we aim to continuously pay it forward. Our partners include Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee, Our Kids, Bridges Domestic Violence Center and Shower Up.
