Patrick Foster was born and raised in a small town near St. Louis, Missouri. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Illinois University Carbondale in 2012. After graduating, Patrick embarked on a journey across the United states, living in six states along the way. He understands the stresses of moving long distance from home, as he has lived in North Carolina, Oregon and the deserts of Utah and Nevada, before settling down in Nashville. He is no stranger to the process of moving and his firsthand experience puts his clients’ worries at ease.
With a background in construction, Patrick has an intuitive eye for real estate. Given his hands-on experience as a carpenter and project manager for six years, Patrick has built custom homes, apartment buildings, bridges and remodeled several homes. This experience allows him to see the renovation potential in various types of homes and notice details that the untrained eye would not see. He enjoys helping his clients achieve their real estate goals by working together not only to find a house, but the perfect home.
In his free time, Patrick enjoys hiking with his dog Bella on many of the trails that Tennessee has to offer. He really has a passion for traveling and has just started checking off countries in Europe. The simple things like a campfire, good beer and great company is what life is all about. Throw in some skydiving and rock climbing and you have what he would call a perfect day.
